Job Summary

  • Serve as the technical EE lead for the Impella console, performing hands-on circuit-level troubleshooting, board bring up, and design updates to product hardware.
  • Lead failure investigations and product escalations, perform root cause analysis, and generate clear corrective plans, owning CAPA activities from investigation through verification and closure.
  • Collaborate cross functionally with manufacturing, quality, field service, firmware/software, and suppliers to implement fixes and prevent recurrence, while mentoring junior engineers and technicians.
