Job Summary
Serve as the technical EE lead for the Impella console, performing hands-on circuit-level troubleshooting, board bring up, and design updates to product hardware.
Lead failure investigations and product escalations, perform root cause analysis, and generate clear corrective plans, owning CAPA activities from investigation through verification and closure.
Collaborate cross functionally with manufacturing, quality, field service, firmware/software, and suppliers to implement fixes and prevent recurrence, while mentoring junior engineers and technicians.
