Must-have

  • Proficiency in Gong, Salesforce, Highspot
  • MEDDICC account health framework knowledge
  • Experience with CTV or AdTech environments
  • Fluency in value realization and EBR frameworks

Nice-to-have

  • Direct prior experience as a CSM or Account Manager
  • Familiarity with CTV campaign performance conversations
  • Independent analysis of Gong call data for skill health
  • Experience building programs for both CSM and AM roles

Key Requirements

  • 7+ years in CS Enablement or post-sale revenue role
  • Working knowledge of MEDDICC methodology
  • Experience in programmatic advertising or Connected TV
  • US work authorization required for remote position
