Must-have
5+ years recruiting operations experience
ATS and recruiting technology stack optimization
Stakeholder management in cross-functional teams
Data analysis for operational KPIs
Process design for scalability and automation
Nice-to-have
Experience with Workday or GoodTime platforms
Background in process optimization or systems thinking
M&A background experience
Ability to operate autonomously in global matrixed orgs
Key Requirements
5+ years of experience in Recruiting Operations or HR Operations
Proficiency in Google Workspace, Slack, and Smartsheet
