Job Summary
You will be part of the middle office operations team providing performance calculation, Attribution analysis, and Risk reporting for clients across APAC, EMEA, and NAM regions.
The role requires producing, reviewing, and validating portfolio account performance calculations while ensuring compliance with SLAs and GIPS standards.

Skills & Requirements
Must-have
Bachelor or Master degree in Accounting or Finance
0-2 years experience in performance measurement
Proficiency with Excel for data analysis
Understanding of GIPS standards
Ability to calculate performance statistics manually
Nice-to-have
Pursuing or completed CIPM certification
Experience with StatPro or FactSet systems
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
Flexibility to work rotating shifts
Initiative in self-development
Key Requirements
