Job Summary

  • The National Project Officer will serve as the primary program resource for research on SEL competencies, their translation into pedagogy, training design, and assessment using digital pedagogies and robust research design.
  • The incumbent will carry out tasks including using quantitative and qualitative research methods to evaluate and build empirical evidence for the Cognitive Academic Social Emotional framework, advising on the embedding of social emotional learning and assessments using immersive digital tools, and translating research findings into policy-relevant peer-reviewed publications.
  • The role involves coordinating with team members to showcase evidence-based pilot implementation of UNESCO MGIEP SEL programs, monitoring international conference announcements, and collaborating with the communications team to communicate research evidence to stakeholders.
