Job Summary

  • The primary purpose of this role is to assist the Activity Director in running a creative and interactive activities program that meets the physical, mental, and psychosocial needs of each resident.
  • The position requires assisting in the development of a monthly activity schedule that includes outings, group activities, and in-room activities for isolated residents.
  • Employees must participate in discharge planning, develop activity care plans, and assist with assessment documentation as assigned by the Activities Director.
