  • The Skills Development Programs (SDP) Operations & Ecosystem Manager owns the operational infrastructure, impact measurement, and long-term community lifecycle strategy across all SDP initiatives.
  • This role is for the person who looks at a well-intentioned program and immediately sees the infrastructure it's missing, the tracking systems, the reporting frameworks, the alumni/community engagement strategy that would make it ten times more valuable.
  • While supporting customer-facing delivery when contracts are active, the primary focus is building the internal systems, reporting frameworks, and community mechanisms required to drive sustained program impact.
