The team focuses on helping customers realize tangible business value by connecting Native AI Agents and the Agent Platform to real HR and Finance workflows.
Candidates will act as trusted advisors to executive sponsors, ensuring every solution is usable, ethical, scalable, and tied to measurable outcomes.

Salary
Base: $147,400 - $221,000 USD (Chicago); Base: $133,300 - $236,900 USD (Other US locations); Bonus/Equity: Eligible for Workday Bonus Plan and annual refresh stock grants
