Base: $122,800 - $184,200 USD (Atlanta); Base: $116,600 - $207,200 USD (Other US locations); Bonus/Equity: Eligible for Workday Bonus Plan and annual refresh stock grants

Must-have

  • 6+ years project managing ERP solutions
  • Experience implementing Workday or similar applications
  • Managing Medium and Large Enterprise deployments
  • Knowledge of HCM, Financials, or SIS business areas
  • Budget management and P&L ownership

  • Previous consulting experience with software companies
  • Business development and service sales experience

Key Requirements

  • Sr Engagement Manager (P4) or Principal Engagement Manager (P5)
  • 6+ years of project management experience in Higher Education
  • 8+ years for Principal level roles
  • Working knowledge of HCM, Financials, or SIS systems
  • Experience with Microsoft Project or Smartsheets
