Must-have
Master degree or Engineering degree
2-4 years experience in optical studies
Experience with LED reflector and bulb functions
High beam low beam tail stop backup turn fog
Mock-up realization and initial sample characterization
Nice-to-have
Tech watch analysis on product and patent
Participation in creativity meetings for innovation
Supervision of trainees within field expertise
Ability to propose technical solutions for competitiveness
