The ASEAN Lead provides strategic leadership and operational oversight across Jones Lang LaSalle's business operations throughout the Association of Southeast Asian Nations region.
This senior role is responsible for driving regional growth, ensuring service excellence, managing key client relationships, and coordinating cross-functional teams across multiple markets including Singapore, Malaysia, Thailand, Indonesia, Philippines, Vietnam, and other ASEAN countries.
The role requires significant travel across ASEAN region (30-50%) to oversee operations, meet clients, and support local teams, with the position potentially based in Singapore or another major ASEAN hub.
