Lead infrastructure construction, operations design, and testing for large-scale mainframe modernization projects migrating from IBM z/OS and Hitachi VOS3 to AWS cloud.
Design and implement cloud operations processes, monitoring, job management, and disaster recovery flows, including automation using tools like JP1/AJS3 and JP1/IM3.
Engage in customer negotiations, presentations, and propose optimal operational solutions considering cost, technology, and operational aspects, while leading project teams and collaborating with partners and offshore resources.

5+ years of operations design experience

Experience in mainframe log analysis, job management, monitoring, and failure response design
Experience with operational middleware like JP1/AJS3, JP1/IM3
Lead operations design experience in large-scale system migration projects
Experience migrating mainframe to cloud operational models
