The primary purpose of this job is to maintain the grounds, facility, and equipment in a safe and efficient manner in accordance with applicable standards and policies.
The role requires performing routine maintenance tasks including plumbing, electrical, carpentry, and mechanical repairs as directed.
Employees must maintain confidentiality of resident care information and report any suspected unauthorized disclosures.

Key Requirements
Minimum 10th grade education
Ability to make independent decisions and follow instructions
Ability to apply mathematical concepts such as fractions and ratios
Ability to lift and move up to 25 pounds
Ability to interpret written, oral, and diagram instructions
