Lead and independently manage a portfolio of early-stage R&D and innovation programs spanning hardware, software, AI/ML, and cross-disciplinary systems within the Analog Garage and broader Emerging Business & Innovation (EB&I) portfolio.
Partner with sponsors, technical leads, cross-functional teams, and external collaborators to drive alignment, manage dependencies, and remove roadblocks across diverse stakeholders.
Communicate program status, risks, and outcomes through concise, executive-level updates, translating technical and operational details into clear, actionable insights for leadership.
