  • Ensures departmental adherence to, and awareness of Health & Safety standards and delivers excellent service by maintaining high staff morale and team spirit through active on the floor communication, training and coaching.

Key Requirements

  • Degree in Hospitality/Restaurants management
  • +3 years food and beverage management experience
  • Luxury hotel setting experience preferred
  • Problem solving & decision making skills
  • Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel & Outlook
  • Fluent in Spanish and English
