As a Senior Manager, Engineering, you will be responsible for process development, planning, executing, and supervising process development related to catheter development.
The role requires managing, mentoring, and providing career development support to a team of Engineers and Technicians, optimizing processes to meet manufacturing quality controls, build time, cost, and yield targets.

Strong understanding of catheter production materials
