The Director, Ottava Manufacturing Site Leader provides strategic, operational, and technical leadership for one or more manufacturing plants in support of the OTTAVA Surgical Robotic Platform.
This role is accountable for daily operations, long term planning, talent development, and driving transformational initiatives that elevate safety, quality, productivity, and scalability across the site.
