Manage both standard and complex tasks with ownership and care across Sell to Cash (S2C) processes, including customer data, contract data & management, and billing.
Act as a subject matter expert in Sell to Cash (S2C) processes, provide guidance through mentoring and knowledge sharing, and build expertise across the team.
Identify areas for automation and smarter ways of working applying Lean and Lean UX methodology, and challenge existing ways of working to drive better outcomes.
