Job Summary

  • The primary purpose of the job is to provide nursing services in the Nursing Acute unit according to federal, state, and local standards.
  • New Graduate RNs will work one-on-one with a preceptor following a Tiered Skills Acquisition Model to increase intervention skills from simple to complex.
  • Candidates are hired as temporary employees with competitive pay plus differentials for evening, nights, and weekend commitments.
