Job Summary

  • The Group Legal Director is responsible to provide sound advice on corporate governance, regulatory affairs and shareholder relations as well as to review all applicable regulations and development of systems processes and procedures that support the effective management of corporate affairs and compliance issues.
  • The role includes leading a motivated and competent team, conducting full legal due diligence, handling Public Private Partnerships processes, and reducing liabilities from lawsuits or claims.
  • The position requires active participation in executive committees, supporting implementation of the Code of Conduct, and providing professional legal advice across a broad range of corporate issues.
