Job Summary

• Play a central role in shaping the next generation of drug candidates by influencing physicochemical design and formulation strategies.
• Lead physicochemical characterization, identify and develop formulation strategies, and plan/execute R&D studies across various modalities and administration routes.
• Collaborate closely with cross-functional partners to support selection and advancement of clinical candidates, directly impacting molecule progression and formulation for safety, stability, and patient delivery.
