Job Summary
This job provides security for patients, guests and employees as assigned, enforces company policies and procedures, and performs assigned duties that ensure the security of patients, guests, and employees in a courteous and professional manner.
Develops and complies with canine security policies and operational standards, performs opening/lockdown of all buildings, and participates in emergency response and related preparedness drills.
Establishes an ongoing preventative medicine program for the overall health care of the canine officer and examines the canine daily to ensure early detection of illness, disease or injury.
