Employees must be licensed Certified Nursing Assistants and are responsible for monitoring vital signs, assisting with personal care, and maintaining strict confidentiality of protected health information.
The role requires physical capability to lift up to 25 pounds and frequent interaction with residents to ensure their comfort and safety throughout the shift.
