The position is responsible for managing day-to-day operations of the Arkansas Digital Newspaper Project to digitize over 100,000 pages of historic newspapers for the Library of Congress Chronicling America site.
This temporary full-time position is funded by a grant from the National Endowment for the Humanities and will end in December 2027.
The role requires collecting metadata, coordinating work with vendors and institutions, and implementing detailed quality reviews of digital assets.
