• The Equipment Finance Documentation Specialist is responsible for all aspects of documenting, closing and funding Equipment Finance transactions, interfacing with clients and internal teams to ensure an excellent client experience.
• This role involves managing the entire transaction documentation and closing process, including due diligence, preparing lease/loan documents, and ensuring proper lien perfection.
