The Human Resource Information System Specialist is accountable for the configuration, maintenance, and implementation of an Oracle, Kronos, and ServiceNow based human resource information system, as well as development of HRIS applications

Job Summary

  • The Human Resource Information System Specialist is accountable for the configuration, maintenance, and implementation of an Oracle, Kronos, and ServiceNow based human resource information system, as well as development of HRIS applications.
  • This position will be responsible for expanding and improving the current programming to create a robust human resource reporting system that meets the current and future requirements of the organization.
  • The Saskatchewan Health Authority (SHA) is the largest employer in Saskatchewan, employing more than 45,000 staff in a dynamic healthcare environment.

Key Requirements

  • Minimum of four years' experience in IT
  • Experience with Oracle HCM, Kronos Dimensions, or Service Now
  • Experience in Win 7/2008/2012 and Microsoft Databases (SQL 2008/2012)
  • Experience in SSRS, Excel, Access Databases, and report writing tools
  • Experience in data analysis and data manipulation
  • Proficiency in spreadsheet and database applications
  • Solid understanding of core HR business practices
  • Knowledge of database management systems, SQL, Visual Basic
  • Well-developed knowledge of current programming practices (SQL, XML, ASP.net)
  • Current driver's license and/or access to travel
