Job Summary

  • Assist the Unit Managers in all aspects of unit operations and floor management to facilitate the fulfillment of financial goals and company initiatives.
  • Ensure complete guest satisfaction at all times, handle guest complaints, and solve them according to customer service standards.
  • Maintain and ensure a safe facility environment including standards for maintenance and upkeep of unit’s equipment, sanitation, dress, cash control, and employee hygiene.
