Skills & Requirements
Must-have
commercial high-rise plumbing systems
troubleshoot plumbing and pump systems
installation and repair of water and drainage
compliance with plumbing codes and safety standards
preventive maintenance of plumbing equipment
Nice-to-have
experience with building automation systems
strong customer service skills
experience interacting with tenants
knowledge of medical gas and brazing
experience in institutional or office facilities
Key Requirements
Valid Journeyman Plumber License
3–5 years commercial plumbing experience
ability to read blueprints and schematics
knowledge of OSHA requirements
authorized to work in the United States without sponsorship
