Skills & Requirements
Must-have
1-2 years multi-family maintenance experience
Weekend availability required Tuesday-Saturday
Diagnosing and repairing building defects
Completing make-ready processes for vacant units
Groundskeeping and pressure washing duties
Nice-to-have
Cost-cutting mindset fixing parts instead of replacing
Ability to inspect contractor work quality
Flexible schedule including call coverage
Experience with inventory tracking systems
Key Requirements
EPA Type 1 and II or Universal refrigerant certification
Valid driver's license for golf cart operation
State and local jurisdiction certifications as required
1-2 years of multi-family property maintenance experience
