Lyten is seeking an NPI Engineer to help bridge the gap between design and industrial-scale manufacturing of innovative battery systems. The ideal candidate will have experience in high-growth manufacturing environments, especially in battery or automotive sectors, and will play a crucial role in ensuring efficient production processes

Job Summary

  • Serve as the primary architect bridging the gap between innovative battery system design and industrial-scale reality.
  • Own the Product Lifecycle Management (PLM) transition, ensuring the seamless evolution of eBOMs to mBOMs and integration into ERP.
  • Collaborate with R&D, Quality, Supply Chain and Operations to validate equipment and troubleshoot production bottlenecks.

Key Requirements

  • Proven track record of taking products from prototype through serial production
  • Practical knowledge of PFMEA, control plans, and Root Cause Analysis
  • Fluent English (C1/C2)
