Provide each assigned resident with routine daily nursing care and services in accordance with the resident’s assessment and care plan.
Ensure residents are comfortable, safe, and their personal care needs are met, including assisting with daily functions and monitoring for skin breakdown.
Maintain resident confidentiality, report all accidents and incidents, and cooperate with inter-departmental personnel to ensure adequate nursing services.
