Key Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree in Manufacturing Engineering or equivalent experience
• 3-5 years of experience
• Strong knowledge of SIMIO, FlexSim, Arena, Simul8 or PlantSimulation
• Strong knowledge of Manufacturing Operation Patterns
• Strong knowledge of production volumes and efficiencies estimation
• Strong knowledge of Operational Equipment Efficiency (OEE) concepts
• Strong knowledge of statistical analyses
• Strong knowledge of material lineside presentation
• Strong knowledge of under-the-roof materials flow
• Strong knowledge of automotive assembly processes
• Strong knowledge of assembly process design and layout development
• Strong knowledge of MS Excel, Macro development (VBA, C#)
• Strong knowledge of MySQL or similar
• Strong knowledge of Design of Experiments (DOE)
• Fluent English speaking/writing/reading
• Valid Driver’s License
