Must-have

  • Strong product knowledge of insurance and wealth products
  • Valid Life Insurance Agent's license in province
  • Experience leading people through large-scale change
  • Strong sales management and business development skills
  • Working knowledge of regulatory environment

Nice-to-have

  • Previous experience in an Advisor role
  • Professional financial services designation
  • Proficient with Salesforce.com and Sun Vision Financial Analyzer
  • Willing to complete Branch Manager's Course Examination
  • Proven track record of developing successful advisors

Key Requirements

  • Minimum 5 years related experience in financial services
  • Must hold valid Life Insurance Agent's license
  • Must be willing to complete Branch Manager's Course Examination
  • Must be in good standing with applicable regulators
  • Registration as mutual fund branch manager required
