  • The incumbent will support research in the OERC by reviewing policies, conducting literature reviews, and assisting in the preparation of reports.
  • The individual will join the OERC team working to carry out data driven, evidence-based research and evaluation with a focus on the State of Ohio.

Key Requirements

  • Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience
  • 3 years of relevant experience with Associate's Degree
  • 1 year of relevant experience with Bachelor's Degree
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office 365
  • Qualitative research skills
  • Qualtrics experience
