Job Summary

• The Lead Maintenance Technician supports the maintenance and facility management team to ensure the preventive and corrective maintenance programs are functioning effectively and within compliance in order to meet plant objectives for safety, quality, and capacity.
• Plans, coordinates, and issues preventive maintenance assignments for maintenance and facilities personnel and is responsible for the on-time performance of all preventive maintenance activities within the site.

Key Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent
• 5+ years of experience in maintenance
• Mechanical Maintenance knowledge
• Experience with CMMS (Maximo preferred)
• Capability to read electrical schematics, mechanical drawings, and part diagrams
