Job Summary

• The Banquet Beverage Server is responsible for serving both alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages in an excellent and timely manner to ensure quality guest service.
• Demonstrates salesmanship with complete menu and product knowledge and performs responsible alcohol service with regards to guest limitations.
• The employee is required to stand for the duration of the shift and may be required to lift up to 50 pounds.
