Lead and develop Accounts Payable team
Oversee month-end quarter-end year-end closing
Ensure compliance with Swiss VAT principles
Manage vendor payments and foreign currency transactions
Drive process optimization and system enhancements
Nice-to-have
Experience leading finance transformation initiatives
Strong stakeholder management skills
Fluency in French language
Proactive and solution-oriented mindset
Key Requirements
Degree in Finance, Accounting, or Business Administration
Professional accounting qualification (ACA, ACCA, CIMA, or Swiss Brevet)
10 years of relevant professional experience in Accounts Payable
Strong technical accounting knowledge including Swiss VAT
