Job Summary
PATH seeks a Monitoring, Evaluation, and Learning (MEL) Officer for the REACH Malaria global project to accelerate progress in comprehensive delivery of facility and community-based malaria services.
The MEL Officer will support the development and management of MEL systems at the country-level, including data collection, cleaning, processing, and analysis.
Responsibilities include supporting country-level MEL plan development, coordinating with subcontractors, and leading knowledge management activities.

Key Requirements
Master's degree in public health or social sciences
Bachelor's degree in public health, Social Sciences, Statistics or relevant discipline
Minimum of 5 years' experience in monitoring and evaluation
Experience with donor-funded performance monitoring plans
Proven experience with data collection, entry, cleaning, processing, and analysis
Experience with data analysis tools (Excel, R, Stata, SPSS)
Experience with data visualization tools (Excel, Power BI, Tableau)
