Warner Bros. Discovery is seeking a VP of Legal, Ethics & Compliance to ensure compliance with laws and regulations across its CNN, DTC/Streaming, Content Distribution, Technology, and Ad Sales businesses. The ideal candidate will have over a decade of relevant experience in compliance, particularly within a media or global news organization, and will play a pivotal role in guiding the company's ethical culture and risk management

Job Summary

  • You will contribute to Warner Bros. Discovery’s mission by ensuring that WBD’s CNN, DTC/Streaming, Content Distribution, Technology, & Ad Sales businesses maintain full compliance with applicable laws, regulations, and WBD policies.
  • You will develop, implement, and provide training on laws, regulations and policies relating to ethics and compliance obligations.
