Job Summary

  • Participates, observes and/or acts as a resource to staff for patient related clinical problems, medical alerts, and clinical monitoring of unstable patients.
  • Acts as a patient advocate by responding and intervening in patient and visitor concerns, performing service recovery, and initiating investigation of patient safety events and medication errors.
