This newly created role is part of an exciting transformation aimed at enhancing clinical support to our community nurses and education and practice development for our staff across the Home Care Hub's.
Working collaboratively with the Clinical Lead-Home Care and the Home Care Operations team, you will deliver engaging high-quality training to our staff members aligned to our Healthy Ageing Strategic Education Plan.
