Key Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in electrical engineering
2+ years of substation physical design experience (Mid-Level)
4+ years of substation physical design experience (Senior-Level)
8+ years of substation physical design experience (Lead-Level)
Experience with grounding studies/lightning protection
