The Concierge Supervisor is responsible for supporting the Guest Relations team and Front Office Manager with day-to-day operations of the concierge desk.
The Concierge Supervisor will communicate with Guest Reception and other necessary Department Heads regarding guest activity or special needs.
The Concierge Supervisor will ensure efficient provision of service at the Concierge Desk in the lobby, guaranteeing guest requests are satisfied efficiently.
