Job Summary
Under the supervision of a Licensed Registered Nurse or Registered Practical Nurse, you will work as a member of the inter professional team applying the person centered approach to care.
Responsibilities include completing resident's clinical care assessments, implementing and evaluating care plans, providing direct resident care and medication administration, and coordinating resident care assignments.
