Must-have
Current LPN license required
Venipuncture and lab testing skills
Patient triage and vital signs monitoring
EMR documentation and CPOE entry
Vaccine order management and inventory
Nice-to-have
Previous medical office experience preferred
Ability to lift 35 pounds
Occasional travel for operational needs
Experience with Point of Care testing

Licensed Practical Nurse with current state license
