Job Summary
The Director of Advisory and Capacity Building is responsible for ensuring strong execution, learning, and partner experience across ACB's portfolio of national partnerships.
Responsibilities include leading strategic project management and advisory tool development for the NEXT initiative, collecting partner feedback, overseeing knowledge management, and facilitating a community of practice for college partners.
The ideal candidate will have 5-8 years of relevant professional experience in program or project management, a Bachelor's degree, and demonstrated expertise in K-12 education, higher education, and/or workforce spaces.
