Base: $122,400 - $171,400 annually; Bonus: Annual Bonus Eligibility; Benefits: Comprehensive Benefits Package, PTO, 401k & Company Match

Proven track record of increasing market share
Key Requirements
Bachelor's Degree in Business Management or Marketing
5 or more years of experience in consumer product goods industry
Experience leading salaried associates with team responsibility
