Job Summary
The Food and Beverage Front of House Manager is responsible for the overall management and strategic direction of the Cordwood Restaurant Front of House, overseeing Servers and Hosts/Bussers to ensure exceptional guest experiences.
Essential duties include developing strategic plans, overseeing FOH service, collaborating on menus, leading and mentoring the team, managing budgets, and ensuring exceptional guest service.
The role offers a proposed hiring rate of $45,000 to $50,000 annually, with complimentary onsite employee housing, discounts, and access to POWDR-owned resorts.
