Key Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or related field, or equivalent experience
  • Minimum 5 years’ experience in manufacturing quality or engineering
  • Direct experience in metal fabrication preferred
  • Practical knowledge of root-cause analysis, SPC, MSA, PFMEA, control plans, and CAPA systems
