Job Summary
This role supports the HRP&D team to deliver process design and re-engineering solutions, ensuring the employee and manager experience is foremost in the design thinking.
The HR Delivery Relationship Manager is responsible for providing operations support services, including record/documentation maintenance, storage & retrieval, and account maintenance.
The role serves as the liaison between operations staff, relationship managers, project managers, custodians, and clients, providing day-to-day operations support.
